The Small Size means that the band is 9-1/2 inches long and will fit a wrist with a circumference of 5-1/2 to 7-1/2 inches.

Large Rockbands

The Large Size means that the band is 11-1/2 inches long and will fit a wrist with a circumference of 7-1/2 to 9-1/2 inches.
